How to buy cryptocurrency?

To buy cryptocurrency, follow these steps on the main page of coincat.in: 

1. Select the currency you'll pay with in the "From" column. 

2. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to receive in the "To" column.

3. Enter the amount you want to exchange or receive. 

4. Fill in your details in the "Input data" section: email, card number (if using Visa/MasterCard), and the cryptocurrency wallet address for receiving funds.

5. Click "Exchange". 

6. A pop-up will show a payment link. Follow it to complete the payment.

7. After creating the request, you'll receive an email. Track your request status in the pop-up. 

How to sell cryptocurrency?

To sell cryptocurrency, follow these steps on the main page of coincat.in: 

1. Select the cryptocurrency you want to sell in the "From" column. 

2. Choose the currency you want to receive in the "To" column.

3. Enter the amount you want to exchange or receive. 

4. Fill in your details in the "Input data" section: email and card number (if using Visa/MasterCard).

5. Click "Exchange". 

6. A pop-up will show our payment details. Copy them and send the required cryptocurrency amount.

7. After creating the request, you'll receive an email. Track your request status in the pop-up. 

How long does it take to process an exchange request?

Exchanges are processed automatically and typically take 15-30 minutes after payment is received. Some directions may take 3-6 hours. If sending cryptocurrency, ensure sufficient network fees for faster processing.

How to track my request status?

The request status appears in the pop-up after clicking "Exchange". Initially, it shows our payment details. Once your payment is detected, the status updates in real-time. After completion, it changes to "Completed".

I paid the request, but the money hasn't arrived. Why?

Possible reasons:

  • You sent the exact amount specified in the pop-up.

  • You entered correct recipient details (wallet, account, or card).

  • You copied our payment details correctly.

  • If funds aren't received within 30 minutes, the request will be canceled.

  • Delays may occur due to payment systems or banks. Contact their support for updates.

  • For other issues, contact our support via email or live chat.

Why is my request taking so long to process?

Possible reasons for delays:

  • If the status doesn't show payment confirmation, check if funds were deducted. Insufficient funds or payment system errors may cancel the request after 30 minutes.

  • If the status shows "Payment received" but funds aren't sent, verify your recipient details.

  • If the status shows "Funds sent" but you haven't received them, contact support after verifying your details.

Why was my request deleted?

Requests may be deleted if:

  • Payment wasn't made within 30 minutes of creation.

  • An incorrect payment amount was sent.

  • Invalid recipient details were provided.

I sent less than required. What should I do?

The exchange won't process automatically. Contact support for manual resolution. Note: You're responsible for all bank, payment system, and network fees.

Can I cancel the exchange and get a refund after payment?

If the request isn't completed and you see a "Cancel" button, click it and contact support. Note: You're responsible for all fees. Refunds are impossible after completion.

I entered wrong details and didn't receive funds. What to do?

Unfortunately, we cannot recover funds sent to incorrect details, but we can provide the destination address where they were sent.

What is the minimum exchange amount?

The minimum amount depends on market factors (cryptocurrency rates, reserves, demand, etc.) and is shown in the "From" column before creating a request. Typically ranges from $10 to $30.

How often does the exchange rate change and why?

Rates on coincat.in update in real-time (no page refresh needed) based on international exchange rates, reserves, and market demand. The rate is fixed when you create an exchange request.

What is the referral program and how to earn with it?

Our referral program rewards registered users with commissions from exchanges made by clients who used your referral link. In your account, you'll get a partner link and promotional materials. Referral earnings: 25% of our revenue for every exchange of your referrals of our service fee per exchange. No rewards are paid if the service fee is 0%.

Can I exchange an amount larger than the reserve shown?

Do I need to verify my card?

Not required for selling cryptocurrency. Required for buying cryptocurrency with bank cards.
